These Terms govern your use of GlowUp365 (the "Service"), operated by GlowUp365 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GlowUp365 is a 30-day digital wellness and self-development program providing daily prompts, habit tracking and journaling.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
• infringe intellectual property rights of others;
• interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping);
• resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service.

3. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding and documentation of the Service remain the property of GlowUp365. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal use.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

5. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.

6. Service level & warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Not medical advice

GlowUp365 is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified professional for any health concerns.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
