How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.

• Or contact Paddle support directly to request a refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
